. QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, ROGER A.. 'ETERSON and PATRICIA C.
PETERSON, his wife , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State a$ Washington, and described as follows:
The West 60.3 feet of the East 156.3 feet of Lot 233, C. D. Hillman's
Lake .:ashington Garden of Eden Division No. 4, according to plat
recorded in Volume 11 of plats, page 82, in King County, ^ ashington.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
