AGREEMENT RE: DEED
In consideration of quit claim deed being this date given
by Dominic Rockey and. Carmela Rockey, his wife to the City of
Renton, conveying the East five ( 5) feet of Lots 4, 5, and 6 in
Block 15, Town of Renton, the City of Renton Agrees to cb the
following:

( a) idove existing garaged. frame structure
which belongs to Hockey a sufficient distance west-
erly ( approximately 10" ), so that said structure
will not encroach upon the aforesaid East 5 feet
of Lot 4 conveyed to the City as above; and to
leave said structure when so moved in the same or
as good condition as it now is .
( b ) To remove three trees now on or encroaching upon
aforesaid East 5 feet or Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block
15, town of Renton.
( c ) To construct a two strand wire fence, with necess-
ary posts extending from aforesaid garage structure,
southerly along the easterly line of aforesaid Lots
4, 5, and 6 less the aforesaid East 5 feet thereof,
to the northerly margin of Fourth Avenue .
All of the foregoing shall be done by the City at its own
expense .
