QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WIT1tirESSETH: That we, PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY,

in cons{eration of the sum of One (*1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the siecial benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of. Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The easterly 30 feet of the Southeast Oise-Quarter of Section 20,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. lying northerly of that
portion of 116th Avenue Southeast dedicated in the Plat of
Rolling Hills Village No. 3, recorded in Volume 81 of Plats, Pages
97 & 98, records of King County, Washington, LESS the north 646.62
feet thereof. .
