All that portion of the southeast one-quarter of Section 20, Township 23
North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows :
The westerly 20 feet of the easterly 50 feet, measured perpendicularly to -
the easterly line, of the southeast one-quarter of said Section 20 lying southerly
of that tract of land conveyed to the City of Renton by King County Auditor's -File No. 5967605 and northerly of the plat of Rolling Hills Village
Div No. 3, according to the plat recording in Volume 81 of Plats, Pages 97, & 98,
records of King County, Washington; except that portion lying southwesterly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of the above described tract 460
feet northerly from the northerly line of Lot 103 of said Rolling Hills Village
No. 3; thence southeasterly to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 103.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton, its
successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
