A strip of land 50 feet in width over all that portion of Tract 46B, Corrected
Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 , according to the Plat recorded in Volume 57 of
" Plats , pages 92 to 98, recordsof King County, Washington lying between the Westerl3
margin of 12th Place and the Easterly margin of the Public Use Area of Block 46 ;
, the centerline of said 50 feet wide strip being described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest: corner of LoL 19 , Block 46 , said Corrected PIa
of Renton Highlands No. 2 ; thence South 3° 35 ' 27" West along the Easterly margin
of "H" Street a distance of 25 . 08 feet; thence South 88° 59 '45" East a distance
of 46 feet, more or less, to the Easterly margin of the Public Use Area of
Block 46 , said subdivision, the true point of beginning; thence continuing South
88°59 '45" East a distance of 113.30 feet; thence continuing Easterly along
the arc of a curve to the left, with a radius of 75 feet, a distance of 15 feet,
more or less , to the Westerly margin of 12th Place. (An area of approximately
6544 square feet, more or less) .
And Grantor hereby agrees and covenants with Grantee that it will improve the
above described street right of way to Grantee 's existing standards and as other-
wise required by the Ordinance of the City of Renton and to furnish unto Grantee,
