Smithers 6th —ddition according to Plat recorded in Volume 26 of
Plats, page 47, records of King County, Washington, lying
between the Westerly production of the North line of Lot 5,
said Block 2, and the Southalrline of said Block.
This conveyance is made in pursuance of City of Renton Ordinance
No. 2430 passed and approved on the 26th day of ,lugust, 1968
providing for the vacation of the above described portion of
alley.
