QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, PIEROTTI and GLADYS L. PIEROTTI , his wife
, of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us ,

arc of a curve to the right, radius 30 feet, through an angle of 131°18'30",
a distance of 68.75 feet to a point 5 feet southerly, measured perpendicularly,
from the southerly margin of 7th Avenue; thence westerly 5 feet southerly of and
parallel with said southerly margin, to the easterly margin of 92nd Avenue South;
thence northerly along said easterly margin 5 feet to the southerly margin of
7th Avenue; thence easterly along said southerly margin to its intersection with
the westerly margin of Rainier Avenue (State Road 167) and the point of beginning. .
