QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITI'?E;SETH: That we, FRANCIS J. BRIERE AND
Q S. BRIERE , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One 'i oo) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces end parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The East 30 feet of the North one-half of the North one-half of the North
one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 3, Town-
ship 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for road and utility purposes over the South 30
feet of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section and the North 3G feet of the South 1/2 of the North
1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section, as
created by instrument recorded under Auditor's File No. 5364626;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
