for and in consideration of dedication for playground
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of Tract "B" , Block 46 , corrected Plat of Renton
Highlands No. 2 according to the Plat recorded in Volume 57 of
Plats , pages 92 to 98 , records of King County , Washington, described
as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of said Tract
"B" with the Northerly line of that 50 foot wide strip of land
deeded to the City of Renton for street Right-of-way under King
County Auditor' s #6471625 (Volume 5201 of Deeds , page 617) ; thence
North 31°59 ' 53" East along the Westerly line of said "Tract B"
a distance of 216 .08 feet ; thence South 58°00 ' 07" East a distance
of 110 feet to the Eaterly line of said "Tract B" ; thence South
31°59 ' 53" West along said Easterly line a distance of 121. 71 feet
to the point of a curve to the right said point being the intersection
of the easterly line of "Tract B" with the Northerly line of that
50 foot portion deeded for street purposes ; thence Southwesterly
along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 50 feet,
through a central angle of 59°00 ' 22" , a distance of 51. 49 feet;
thence South 88°59 ' 45" West along the Northerly margin of said
street right-of-way a distance of 100 .03 feet to the Westerly
margh of said "Tract B" and the paht of beginning.
