of the State of Washington, the following described real estate,

situated in the County of King, State of Washington, together with
all afteracquired title of the grantors therein:
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 18 , Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington,
described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
3rd Avenue North (Military Road) with the centerline
of Burnett Street North (Williams Street North) ;
thence north 0°13 ' 50" east along the centerline of
said Burnett Street North 30 feet; thence north
89°46 ' 10" west 30 feet to the west line of said
Burnett Street North and the true point of beginning
of this description; thence south 0°13 ' 50" west 20 feet;
thence north 89°46 ' 10" west to the easterly margin
of Northern Pacific Railway Company' s right-of-way;
thence northerly along said easterly line to a point
which bears north 89°46 ' 10" west from the true
point of beginning; thence south 89°46 ' 10" east
to the true point of beginning.
