THE GRANTOR CITY OF RENTON, a City of the Second Class under the laws and
statutes of the State of Washington
For and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
conveys and quit claims to M. B. INVESTMENT CO. , a partnership consisting of M. W.
Lotto and William J. O'Neil
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All those portions of the streets and alleys adjoining Blocks 38 and
39, C.D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Division No. 1 according to the Plat recorded
in Volume 17 of Plats, page 74, records of King County, Washington described as
follows:
All that portion of the east one-half of Thomas Avenue southwest (formerly
83rd Avenue South)lying between the southerly margin of Southwest Grady Way (formerly
Grady Way-Renton Junction Way) and the northerly margin of PSH No. 1-RE (FA1 #405) .
TOGETHER with all that portion of Southwest 12th Street (formerly South 150th
Place) lying between the easterly margin of Thomas Avenue Southwest (formerly 83rd
Avenue South) and the westerly margin of Raymond Avenue Southwest (formerly 84th Avenue
South) .
ALSO TOGETHER with all those portions of the alleys in said Blocks 38 and 39
lying between said Thomas Avenue Southwest and said Raymond Avenue Southwest.
This conveyance is made in pursuance of City of Renton Ordinance No. 2475
passed and approved on April 7 , 1969 providing for the vacation of
the above described portion of streets and alleys.
