conveys and quit claims to City of Renton, located in the State of Washington 04
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of the south 135.00 feet in width of the west half (W 1/2) of
Tract 232 in the plat of C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden
Division No. 4, recorded in volume 11 of plats on page 82 in records of King
County, Washington, described as follows:

Commencing at the southwest corner of said tract; thence N 89°57'38"E aling
y the south line of said tract 76.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing N 89°57'38" E along said south line 50.01 feet to the east line of
the west half of said tract; thence N 0°31'36" E along said east line 135.01
feet to the north line of the south 135.00 feet in width of said tract; thence S
89°57'38" W along said north line 30.21 feet; thence S 0°31'25" W 115.20 feet to
the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet; thence south@;';._=y
and westerly along said curve through a central angle of 89°26'13" an arc distance
of 31.22 feet to a point of tangency on the south line of said tract at the point
of beginning.
This deed is given by the grantor for and at the request of the City of Renton
for road purposes.
