\, conveys and quit claims to City of Renton, located in the State of Washington
1 the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
K) That portion of the south 85.00 feet in width of the east half (E 1/2) of

County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencingat the southeast corner of said tract; thence S 89057'38"

to the beginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 20.00 feet; thence southerly
and easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90°33'47" an arc distance
of 31.61 feet to a point of tangency on the south line of said tract at the point
of beginning.
This deed is given by the grantors for and at the request of the City of Renton
for road purposes.
