That portion of the south 120,00 feet in width of the west half (W 1/2) of
Tract 227 in the plat of C. D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden
Division No. 4, recorded in volume 11 of plats on page 82 in records of King
County, Washington, described as follows:
1 Commencing at the southwest corner of said tract; thence N 89°57138" E along
the south line of said tract 37.62 feet to the point of beginning; whence
continuing N 89°57'38" E 38.59 feet to the east line of the west half of said
tract; thence N 0°31157" E along said east line 120,01 feet to the north line
of the south 120.00 feet in width of said tract; thence S 89°57'38" W along
said north line 18.79 feet; thence S 0°32107" W 100.21 feet to the beginning of
a curve to the right with a radius of 20,00 feet; thence southerly and westerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89°25'31" an arc distance of 31.21
feet to a point of tangency on the south line of said tract at the point of
beginning.
This deed is given by the grantors for and at the request of the City of Reritons
for road purposes.
