QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, William 17 . Va.uthier and Lucille
M. Vauthirer, his wife , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One (21.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and. any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows: The west
twenty five feet plus turn around area of the following: The north half of
the east half of tract 231, C. D. Hillman' s Lake Washington Garden of r;den
Division Wo. 4, according to 7la_t thereof recorded in volume 11 of plats,
page e2, records of said county.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
