CORRECTION DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES
The Grantor, PACIFIC COAST R. R. CO. , a Washington corporation,
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the CITY OF RENTON, WASH-
INGTON, a municipal corporation, Grantee, for street, utilities and
other related municipal purposes, the following described property
situated in Renton, King County, Washington, to-wit:
All that part of Government Lots 13 and 15 of Section 18,
also Government Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Section 19 , and the
Shorelands and Bed of the former Black River, Township 23
North, Range 5 E.W.M. , King County, Washington, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 19 ,
thence South 89°10 ' 25" East 749 .78 feet along the North
line of said Section to the point of beginning; thence North
00°49 ' 35" East 40.00 feet; thence South 89°10 ' 25" East
678.79 feet; thence South 01°40 ' 53" West 40. 00 feet; thence
South 89°10 ' 25" East 970.00 feet; thence South 01°23 ' 44"
West 30. 00 feet; thence North 89°10 ' 25" West 969. 82 feet;
thence South 01°13 '10" West 10.00 feet; thence North 89°10 ' 25"
West 329.72 feet; thence South 01°13 ' 10" West 1,090.63 feet;
thence South 77°26 ' 34" West 82.37 feet; thence North 01°13' 10"
East 1,109.70 feet; thence North 89°10 ' 25" West 268.27 feet;
thence North 00°49 ' 35" East 40 .00 feet to the point of
beginning.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the Grantor, its successors and
assigns , the continued right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and
operate existing railway tracks, together with all signal and com-
munication lines, and railway appurtenances and facilities on, over
and across the property hereinabove described. The rights herein
reserved shall be exercised in a manner which will not unreasonably
interfere with the use of said lands for street, utility and related
purposes.
This deed is delivered to correct the description in that
certain Quitclaim Deed for Street Purposes dated September 26 , 1966 ,
recorded in Volume 4852 of Deeds, page 308, records of said County,
which description was in error, and shall take effect as of the

date thereof.
- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed this 2nd day of October, 1967.

On this 2nd day of October, 1967 , personally appeared before
me Clark A. Eckart and R. Paul Tjossem, to me known to be the
President and Secretary, respectively, of Pacific Coast R. R. Co. ,
the corporation that executed the within and foregoing instrument,
and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary
act and deed of said corporation for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they were authorized to execute
said instrument, and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of
said corporation.
WITNESS my hand and official seal hereto affixed the day and
