LT) The grantor, CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of
the State of Wasnington, for and in consideration of the granting
of an easement to it by the Pacific Coast R. R. Co. , a Washington
corporation, for the construction, repair, replacement, maintenance
and operation of a 60-inch storm sewer line under and along Seventh
Avenue North in the City of Renton, does hereby QUITCLAIM and
RELINQUISH unto the PACIFIC COAST R. R. CO. , a Washington corpora-
tion, grantee, all interest in and to the following described real
property situated in the City of Renton, County of King, State of
Wasnington, s0—Wl t:
All right, title and interest in and to an easement
for r:,ght of way for storm sewer in Section 24, Township
23 No::th, Range 4 E. , W. M. , in King County, -1; ashington,
granted by the State of Washington to City of Kenton on
November 14, 1962, under application No. 27583, as shown
on the official second supplemental maps of Renton Shore
Land on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public
Lands, Olympia, Washington.
Tne location of said easement being more particularly
shown outlined in yellow on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said grantor has caused this instrument
to be executed by its Honorable Mayor and attested to by its
City Clerk this . day of , 1967.
