O �( AND BILL OF SALE THE GRANTOR RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 403, A Municipal corporation a for and in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration 4 sells, grants conveys/and quit claims toCITY OF RENTON, a Municipal corporation, acting for and on behalf of its RENTUI AVIATI N�ARD the following described situated in the County of King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein: That certain building and structure formerly operated and used as a Vocation School Building by Grantor and situated upon the following described property: Portion of Renton Municipal Airport situated in City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington to-wit: Beginning at the monument at the intersection of the center lines of Airport Way (Dixie Avenue) and Shattuck Street; proceeding thence north 1°17130" West 275.46 feet; thence north 89°57'45" east 196.5 feet; thence south 1°41'45" west 22.0 feet to the true point of beginning; continuing thence south 0°41'45" west a distance of 172.78 feet; thence north 88°34'43" west a distance of 47.0 feet; thence south 0°41'45" west a distance of 45.0 feet; thence south 88°34'43" east 239.2 feet; thence north 3°30'45" west 245.6 feet; thence south 89°57'45" west 175.10 feet to the true point of beginning. (refer to City of Renton Engineering Department Map No. B7-1-18). This conveyance and sale is made by above Grantor to Grantee in further pursuance of that certain Lease Agreement dated July 1, 1947 and as thereafter modified and extended, particular reference being made to Paragraph 2 of said prime lease providing for the reversion and conveyance to Grantee of said properties and structure, and Grantorr warrants that it has good right and full authority to sell, transfer, and convey the above structure and improvements unto Grantee and it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against all and every person and persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same; it being agreed and stipulated that said Lease Agreement, as amended, terminates in all respects on June 30, 1967.
