QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, UNION OIL COMPANY OF GAUFORKIA
, of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
,O consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
I public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:

All that portion of the Northeast One-Quarter of Section 16,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly margin of lith
Avenue North with the westerly margin of 132nd Avenue Southeast;
thence westerly along the southerly margin of nth Avenue North 15/00
feet; thence southeasterly along the arc of curve to the right,
radius 15 feet, a distance of 23.56 feet to a point on the
westerly margin of 132nd Avenue Southeast 15 feet southerly from
the point of beginning; thence northerly along said westerly
margin 15 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton, its
successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
