THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH That we, THE PRESBYTERY OF SEATTLE a' °
Washington Corporation , of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in.:..further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring t0 us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quitclaim to the City. of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land'lying and
being in said King County State of Washington, and described as follows:
,. All that portion of the southeast one-quarter of the northwest one.-quarter
..p of the northeast one-quarter of Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5
.43 East, W.M. lying within a strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on
either side of the following described center-line:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said sub-division with
the center-line of 10th Court North as established in the Plat of Brent-
wood, according to the plat recorded in Volume 68 of Plats, Page 32,
Records of King County, Washington; thence westerly, along the arc of a
curve to the right, radius 100 feet, a distance of 78.53; thence north
43°24110" west 38.00 feet; thence continuing westerly along the arc of
a curve to the left, radius 100 feet, a distance of 78.18 feet; thence
north 88°12116" west to a point on the west line of said sub-division;
said point being the easterly terminus of the centerline of 10th Court
North as established in the Plat of Albert Balchs President Park #12,
according to the Plat recorded in Volume 61 of Plats, Page 96, Records
of King County, Washington.
