QUITCLAIM DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES
The Grantor, PACIFIC COAST R. R. CO., a Washington corpo-
ration, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON, a Municipal corporation, Grantee, for street,
utilities and other related municipal purposes, the following de-
scribed property situated in Renton, King County, Washington,

All that part of Government Lots 13 and 15, Section
18, also Government Lots 1, 2 and 3, Section 19, and
the Shorelands and Bed of the former Black River,
Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M., King County, Wash-
ington, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section
19; thence S. 89°10'25" E. 750.32 feet along the North
line of said Section to the point of beginning; thence
N. 00°49' 35" E. 40.00 feet; thence S. 89°10'25" E.
677.05 feet; thence S. 01°40' 53" W. 40.00 feet; thence
S. 89°10' 25" E. 970.00 feet; thence S. 01°23'44" W.
30.00 feet; thence N. 89°10'25" W. 970.50 feet; thence
S. 01°13' 10" W. 10.00 feet; thence N. 89°10'25" W.
329.72 feet; thence S. O1°13' 10" W. 1, 129.00 feet;
thence S. 77°30' 30" W. 82.35 feet; thence N. 01°13' 10"
E. 1, 148.52 feet; thence N. 89°10' 25" W. 268.27 feet;
thence N. 00°49' 35" E. 40.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the Grantor, its successors and
assigns, the continued right to construct, reconstruct, maintain
and operate existing railway tracks, together with all signal and
communication lines, and railway appurtenances and facilities on,
over and across the property hereinabove described. The rights
herein reserved shall be exercised in a manner which will not
unreasonably interfere with the use of said lands for street,
utility and related purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be

before me Clark A. Eckart and R. Paul Tjossem, to me known to be
the President and Secretary, respectively, of Pacific Coast R.R.
Co. , the corporation that executed the within and foregoing
instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free
and voluntary act and deed of said corporation for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were
authorized to execute said instrument, and that the seal affixed
is the corporate seal of said corporation.
