QUITCLAIM DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES
The Grantors, ROBERT L. EDWARDS and JANE I. EDWARDS,
his wife, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other valuable consideration, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to the CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, Grantee, for
street, utilities and other related municipal purposes, the
following described property situated in Renton, King County,
Washington, to-wit:
A ten-foot strip of land lying in the SE-1/4 SW-1/4
of Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5, E.W.M. ,
more particularly described as follows:
The east 970 feet of the north 10 feet of the south
40 feet of the said southeast one-quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 23 North,
Range 5, E.W.M.
