QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTURE AGNES HOKENINDENTURE WITNESSETH: That tip as her sole, separate
property,
, of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One (: 1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of. Washington, and described as follows:
(A) The west 28.87 feet of the northeast one-quarter of the
northwest one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter of
Section 10, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
EXCEPT the south 833 feet thereof and
EXCEPT the north 328.45 feet thereof.
(B) The east 31.13 feet of the northwest one-quarter of the
northwest one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter of
Section 10, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. EXCEPT
the south 833 feet thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
