CO. , a Washington VK corporation, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, Grantee, an easement for street, utilities and other related municipal purposes upon,` over and across -the following described property situated in Renton, King County, Washington, to-wit: A strip of land 60 feet wide over and across Government Lot 1, Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5, E.W,,M. , extending from the north line of property conveyed by Pacific Coast R. R. Co. to the City of Renton by "Quitclaim Deed for Street Purposes", dated November 13, 1964, to the east line of Lake Washington Boulevard, and having a width of 30 feet on each side of and measured at right angles from the following described centerline: Commencing at the SW corner of the NEk of said Section 8, the south line of said NEk also being the north line of Eighth Avenue North; thence south 89°28=19" east a distance of 423.54 feet to the beginning of centerline description; thence north 18°01134" west a distance of 1831,88 feet to a beginning of curve; thence along a uniform curve to the left having a radius of 573.69 feet, a dis- tance of 97.20 feet; thence north 27°40'34" west a distance of 377.85 feet to a beginning of curve; thence along a uniform curve to the left having a radius of 120 feet, a distance of 168.28 feet; thence south 71°58124" west a distance of 32.35 feet to a beginning of curve; thence along a uniform curve to the right having a radius of 120 feet a distance of 82.97 feet to a point of compound curve; thence along a uniform curve to the right having a radius of 110 feet a distance of 122.54 feet; thence north 04°351'06" west a distance of 129.55 feet to a beginning of curve; thence aling a uniform curve to the left having a radius of 120 feet a distance of 15.36 feet; thence north 11°56'06" west a dis- tance of 103.94 feet to a beginning of curve; thence along a uniform curve to the left having a radius of 120 feet to the east line of Lake Washington Boulevard and the end of this description. -1- VOL 47t4.0 FACE a And the Grantor does hereby transfer and convey to the Grantee all interest of the Grantor in and to all drainage, 4\P sewer and water facilities and other improvements now or here-- .+• after constructed or installed on the property subject to this conveyance, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused this instru- ment to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 14th day of July, 1965, • Ar • 4�, , PACIFIC COAST R.
