QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Frew H. Dickson
Edna B. Dickson , of King County, State of Washington, for and in
consideration of the sum. of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
' " consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accuring to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,,

L° public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
r=; being in said King County,, State of Washington, and described as follows:
An easement, for street and roadway purposes, over the
southerly 15 feet of the following described property:
All that portion of the East half of Section 24, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at point 350 feet west of intersection of north margin of
Road No. 10 and west margin of C.D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens
No. 1, thence north to the intersection of south margin of Highway
FAI 405; thence easterly along said south margin to the westerly
margin of Drainage District No. 1,. thence southeasterly along said
westerly margin of Drainage District No. 1 to an intersection with west
margin of C.D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens No. 1, thence south
along said west line to the north margin of Road No. 10, thence west 350
feet along said north margin to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton, its
successor or successors for the use of the public forever. ,11!
