QUIT CLAIM DEED
(Corporate Form)
THE GRANTOR BROADACRES, INC. , a Washington corporation for good
consideration by way of a gift conveys and quit claims to CITY OF
RENTON, a Municipal corporation under the laws and statutes of the
: State of Washington the following described real estate, situated in
the County of King, State of Washington, together with all after
acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
Lots 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 in Block 7 of C. D.
Hillman' s Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of Seattle ,
Division No. 1, as per plat recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, page 74,
records of King County; EXCEPT that portion of said Lots thereof
conveyed to the State of Washington for PSH No. 2 by deed recorded
under Auditor's File No. 5525662; situate in the City of Renton,
County of King, State of Washington.
The conveyance herein made to the City of Renton is for park, play-
ground and other recreational and municipal purposes as the City may
determine hereafter from time to time.
City shall have the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the above-
described property, if the proceeds are to be used for recreational
and municipal purposes aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument
to be executed by its proper offices and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed this day of , 1965.
