of Mortgages, at page 102 , being Auditor's File No. 5154589 , for value received, does hereby
release and discharge from the lien of said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises,
situate in the County of King , State of Washington, to-wit:
The north 26 feet of the west 60 feet; together with the west 7 feet
less the north 26 feet, of the following described property:
The east 100 feet of the west one-half of the west one-half of the
southeast one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of the southeast
one-quarter of Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 E, W.M. ; ,less
the north 160 feet, except the east 40 feet of the south 60 feet
thereof; less the south 330 feet of the east 85 feet thereof; less
the south 30 feet for street.
All situate in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
But this release shall not impair the lien of the said mortgage as to the lands therein described, not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 16th day of April , 19 65 •
