QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, GREATER RENTON SHOPPING CENTERS, INC. and
ROGER A. PETERSON and PATRICIA C. PETERSON, his wife, and LLOYD S. PETERSON and
JENNIE Y. PETERSON, his wife, , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of 12th Avenue North produced east
from the N.E. corner of Lot 23, Block 46 Corrected Flat of Renton Highlands No. 2
to the northwest line of Tract 46A the true point of beginning; thence east along
the said south line of 12th Avenue North produced east to the northwest line of
12th Place; thence northeasterly along the northwest line of 12th Place to J
Street; thence west along the north line of 12th Avenue North produced west to
the northwest line of Tract 46A; thence southwesterly along the northeast line
of Tract 46A to the intersection with the south 1i be of 12th r_veuuc North pro-
duced east from the N.F. corner of said Lot 23, Bleck 46 Corrected Plat of
Renton highlands No. 2 being the true point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
