QUITCLAIM DEED PUGET DRIVE SECTIONS 2 & 3 The Grantors, PUGET PROPERTIES, INC. and PUGET SOUND POWER and LIGHT COMPANY, Washington corporations, for and in consideration of One Dollar, receipt of which is acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, hereby convey and quitclaim to the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, subject to the conditions here- inafter set forth, the following described real property situated in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington: PUGET DRIVE - SECTION 2 BENSON ROAD TO NORTH-SOUTH CENTERLINE SECTION 20 That portion of the southwest quarter of section 20, township 23 north, range 5 east, W.M. , des- cribed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of said southwest quarter and the northeasterly margin of S.S.H. No. 5-C (Benson Road) ; thence N 21° 20'40" W along said northeasterly margin 733.26 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 30°46 ' 54" E 117.03 feet; thence S 88°50 '40" E 556.82 feet; thence on a curve to the right, having a radius of 583.23 feet, a distance of 182.70 feet; thence S 70°53 '47" E 341.55 feet; thence on a curve to the left, having a radius of 585 .09 feet, a distance of 203.53 feet; thence N 89° 10 ' 20" E 275.76 feet to the east line of the southwest quarter of said section 20; thence N 1°46 ' 02" E along said east line 100.10 feet; thence S 89° 10' 20" W 280.29 feet; thence N 75° 36 ' 00" W 354.35 feet; thence N 70°53 '47" W 153.75 feet; thence on a curve to the left,radius of 683.23 feet, a distance of 214.02 feet; thence N 88°50'40" W 610.00 feet; thence N 57° 25 ' 58" W 138.39 feet; to a point on the northeasterly margin of S.S.H. No. 5-C (Benson Road) ; thence N 21°20'40" E along said northeasterly margin 296.42 feet to the True Point of Beginning. ALSO: VOL 4t && PACE�'..i U PUGET DRIVE - SECTION 3 NORTH - SOUTH CENTERLINE SECTION 20 TO EAST LINE OF SECTION 20 That portion of the southeast quarter of sec- tion 20, township 23 north, range 5 east, W.M. , described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of said section 20; thence N 01°46 ' 02" E 585.53 feet along the west line of said subdivision to the true point of begin- ning of a 100 foot wide strip, said strip to have 50 feet of said width on the right and 50 feet on the left of the following described centerline; thence N 89° 10 ' 20" E 330.01 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 651.75 feet, turning through an interior angle of 49° 10' 15" an arc distance of 559.33 feet; thence N 40° 00' 05" E 1,880.59 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 466.870 feet, turning through an interior angle of 94°52 ' 20" an arc distance of 773.06 feet to a point on the easterly line of said southeast quarter, said point being the terminus of this description, and lying S 01° 50' 38" W a distance of 297.35 feet from the northeast corner of said southeast quarter. The parcels of land above described are a portion of the right of way for Grantors ' present and future transmission and/or distribution lines, and said parcels of land are hereby conveyed to the Grantee solely for the establishment and main- tenance of a public highway and the installation and mainten- ance of utility lines and other related municipal purposes. As part of the consideration for this transaction, it is under- stood that Grantors, its successors and assigns, may maintain, improve, add to or construct electric lines and related facilities along, under and across the property herein con- veyed, provided however, that any additions or changes to the transmission and/or distribution facilities of the Grantors as well as any facilities constructed in the future by Grantors Page 2 . vo!458 .PA.GE2'u1• . shall not interfere with or obstruct said public highway or other utility lines or municipal facilities located within the right r of way of such public highway. Should it become necessary in the future to alter or relocate any of said facilities from within the right of way herein conveyed, by order of the City of Renton, all costs for such alterations or relocations shall be borne by the City of Renton.
