THE GRANTOR PORT OF BELLINGHAM, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, including any after acquired title:
A portion of Tract 14 , Block 30, Earlington Acre Tracts ,
according to the Plat recorded in Volume 15 of Plats ,
page 84, in King County , Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at a brass monument in the E. S . Goodwin Road,

known as Renton Avenue, at the point of tangent oa 16°
curve, West of 91st Avenue South; thence North 81°50 ' West
388. 80 feet along the centerline of said road ; thence
North 1°33 ' West 45 . 66 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 81°50 ' West 15 . 93 feet to a point of curve;
thence Westerly on a curve to the left of a radius of
2909 . 93 feet, a distance of 168 feet, more or less , to
the intersection with the Southerly margin of the State
Highway connection to Rainier Avenue; thence Easterly on
a curve to the left, of a radius of 1472 . 69 feet, a
distance of 176 feet more or less , to the Easterly line
of Tract 14 ; thence South 1°33 ' East 83 . 3 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper
officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 8th day of October, 1974
