Beginning at the intersection of the north margin of
S.W. 43rd Street, being 48 ft. northerly of the westerly
extension of the centerline of said S.W. 43rd Street as
revealed in the plat of Burlington Northern Orillia
Industrial Park of Renton, Division I, according to plat
thereof recorded in Volume 108 of Plats, page 13, records of
said county, with the west margin of Lind Avenue, being
40 ft. westerly of the centerline of Lind Avenue as revealed
on said plat; thence North 88°36'37" West along said north
margin 40.00 ft.; thence North 25°05'34" East 98.29 ft. to a
point on said west margin lying North 1°04'45" East 90.00 ft.
from the Point of Beginning; thence South 1°04'45" West 90.00
ft. to the Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
