consideration-,'of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further

N therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
r, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
.,L-; public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
All that portion of the following described property lying within a strip
of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on either side of the following described
center line:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of N.E. 28th Street and
Kennewick Place N.E. ; thence South 23°511.'31'! Fast along the center line of Kennewick
Place N.E. a distance of 57.16 feet to a point.of a curve to the left with a
radius of 150 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, +
radius 150 feet, through a central angle of 56°55'3.75", an arc distance of 148.13
feet; thence South 80°26' 35" East a distance of 959.63 feet to an intersection
with the center line of Aberdeen Ave. N.E. ; thence continuing South 80°26'35"
East a distance of 283.21 feet to a point of a curve to the left, radius 800 feet;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, radius 800 feet, through
a central angle of 7°42'25", an arc distance of 107.61 feet to a point on the
existing center line of N.E. 27th Street, the termination of said center line.
Said property being described as follows:
Tract 240, C.D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 4,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 82, records of
King County, Washington; less the North 80 feet of the West 100 feet measured
along First Avenue (N.E. 27th Street) ; also together with that portion of
vacated street adjoining.
