Northwesterly along the Southwesterly margin of said street a distance of 74.19
feet to the Southerly margin of N.E. 28th Street (S.E. 96th Street) ; thence
Westerly along said Southerly margin a distance of 74.82 feet to the true point
of beginning.
Said portion being described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the above described Tract, said
point being the intersection of the Southerly margin of N.E. 28th Street with the
Westerly margin of Kennewick Place N.E. ; thence Westerly along the Southerly margin
of said N.E. 28th Street a distance of 27.27 feet; thence Southeasterly along the
arc of a curve to the right, radius 42.50 feet, through a central angle of 65°23'27",
an arc distance of 48.49 feet to a point on the Westerly margin of Kennewick Place ,
N.E. , said point being 27.27 feet Southerly of the Southerly margin of N.E. 28th
Street; thence Northwesterly along the Westerly margin of said Kennewick Place N.E.
