FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21, Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated MARCH 20 , 1975 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 9 o'clock A.M. , APRIL 9 , 1975 .

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:
1. THE COMPLAINT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2, THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SEC. 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS REASONABLE TO REPAIR THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS ESTAB-
LISHED IN SEC. 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. THAT THE OWNERS AND/OR OPERATORS BE GIVEN THIRTY (30) DAYS IN WHICH TO
PROVIDE THE BUILDING DIVISION WITH DETAILED PLANS FOR THE REQUIRED
REPAIRS.
2. THE ENTIRE WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 120 DAYS.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
