QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Mike N. Sarge,it and Rebecca
Gertrude Sargent , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One 71.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purreyes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington; and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Renton
Highlands No. 2 corrected Plat, as recorded in Volume 57 of
Plats, Pages 92 to 98 inclusive, records of King County,
Washington; thence north 3°04t25" east 152.22 feet; thence
north 88°19110" west 60.02 feet; thence south 3°01r�5" west
152.22 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 15, Block 51
of said plat;thence S.68°19'25" E; O.02 feet to the point
of beginning.
