THE GRANTORS JAY GOULD and FRANCES GOULD, his wife
for and in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration
convey and quit claim to THE CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the second
class under the laws and statutes of the State of Washington
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
