QUITCLAIM DEED
The Grantor, NORTHERN PAC FIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a Wisconsin
corporation, for and in consideration of ten thousand and no/100 dollars
:,,-.; ($10,000.00), to it paid, does hereby CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to the CITY of
k * RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, all interest
If in and to the following described real estate situated in the City of
Renton, King County, Washington:
That portion of Henry H. Tobin Donation Land Claim No.
37, within Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., lying between the south line of Third Avenue West
in the City of Renton and the northerly boundary of the
right of way of the Pacific Coast R. R. Co. and between
lines parallel with and distant respectively 50 feet and
75 feet east, measured at right angles, from the east
line of Block 33, Smithers 1st Addition to the Town of
Renton, according to the recorded plat thereof.
SUBJECT TO Easement to the City of Renton for street
purposes dated April 1, 1960 and recorded in Volume !1015
of Deeds, Page 499 in the records of King County.
