conveys and quit claims to CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
Portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 9,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows:
The North 12 feet of the South 661 feet of the East 300 feet of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 9, less
the East 30 feet for street.
SUBJECT TO all easement, restrictions and reservations of record, if any.

WHEREAS the City of Renton had heretofore pchased and acquired certain
Park Properties from The First Investment Company, a Washington Corporation, and
Forrest V. Williams, a single man, and
WHEREAS subsequent to .said .conveyances, The First Investment Company, a
Washington Corporation, also executed and delivered unto the City of Renton, a
certain Quit Claim Deed dated November 7, 1962, to a certain 12 foot strip of
land,and
WHEREAS it has been determined by the City Engineer, after careful investiga-
tion, that The First Investment Company had no title, right or interest in and to
such 12 foot strip of land as further described in the attached Quit Claim Deed,
reference hereby had thereto, and
WHEREAS it is advisable to :quilt . title to said strip of land in and to
A. D. Gustafson, its record owner, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals and facts are hereby found to be true and
correct. Based upon the investigation and recommendation of the City Engineer,
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a certain
Quit Claim Deed in favor of A. D. Gustafson, et ux, in and to said certain 12
foot strip of land described as follows:
A Portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, U.N., described as
follows:
The =Torth12 feet of the South 661 feet of the East 300 feet of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section
9, less the East 30 feet for street.
SUBJECT TO: All easements, restrictions and reservations of
record, if any,
for the sole purpose of quieting title therein in said A. D. Gustafson, the record
owner thereof.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 764 day of October, 1963.
