QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTUPE WI I ESSETH: That we, PAUL IL C OILT,ja and MARJ OR IE L.
COLLIE, his wife, of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One (?,>1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general pudic welfare and. the special bsnefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and pal-cels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Wa.shir.gton; and described as follows: East 25 feet
of The South 100 feet of that portion of the South half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 4, Townstip 23 North, Range
5 East W.M. , in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the West quarter corner of the Section; thence along the
Westerly line of said Section North 0°31105" East 609.36 feet; thence
South 88°18109" East 730.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
South 0°31105" West 238. 29 feet; thence South 88°18136" East 280. 05
feet; thence North 0°39136" East 238. 10 feet; thence North 88°18' 09"
West 280. 71 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT the Westerly
14.0 feet as measured along the North and South line thereof, ; and
EXCEPT the North 20 feet thereof for road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever,
