THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, John L. Sutton and Minnie L. Sutton

consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,

public uses and purposes) the following lots, pieces and parcels cf land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington; and described as follows:

Garden of Eden Division No. 2, as recorded in Volume 11 of Plats
on Page 614, Records of King County, Washington, lying easterly
