Re: Acquisition of Park Property by City of Renton
Dear Mr. hitch:
we hereby make reference to our previous correapondenee and delivery
of Deeds from your company to the City of Renton which instruments
are dated December 6, 1961.
We have been advised by our City legiaser today that upon his ohseking
the legal description, it appears that there is a "gap" of 12 fat
between the land heretofore conveyed and adjoining property. Apparently
this was due to an error in describing a parcel to the north se that
, this 12 feet strip was left out by inadvertence. In order to acquire
title to this area, wa are eaclesing herewith the original and ens
copy of a Quit Claim Deed to said strip with the request that yam have
the proper officials execute same and return to us in the anal meed
self-addressed envelope.
