QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, E . Gene ,Luck and Beatrice Louise Luck
, of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
The south 20' of that portion of the southeast quarter of Section 30, township 23 north,
range 5 east, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the
south quarter corner of said Section 30; thence north along the north and south center line
of said section 30, a distance of 1083 feet; thence south 84017'00" east 1479.32 feet to true
point of beginning; thence north 8°41'00" west 85.28 feet; thence south 84°17'00" east 342
feet, more or less to westerly line of Springbrook or Talbot County Road; thence southerly
along said westerly line 82.6 feet, more or less, to a point which bears south 84017t00" --_,
east from true point of beginning; thence north 84017'00" west 321 feet, more ?'" less, to
