City of Renton, King County, State of Washington, all interest in the
following described Real Estate : Begirring one hundred (100 ) feet
north of the northwest corner of Block Twenty-three (23) of the Plat of
the Town of Renton, thence west ten (10) feet, thence northerly along
the east line of Williams Street as the same is fenced off and staked
out, one hundred (100 ) feet, thence southerly in a straight line to the
place of beginning, for' use as a public street----
situated in the County of King and State of Washington.
