The grantors Zeb Shearer and Margaret Shearer,his wife, of Renton,
King county, state of Washington, in consideration of one dollar and
other valuable considerations in hand paid,bargain, sell and convey
to the City of Renton,a municipal corporation of the state of
Washington,for an extension of Burnett street, the following de-
scribed real estate;
Bounded by a line commencing at the northwest corner of block
twenty four (24) in the town (now city) of Renton,as originally
platted and laid out, in King county, state of Washington; Thence
west sixty (60) feet to the west line of Burnett street--Thence
north
netk,.along the ki east line of land deeded to the Grange Warehouse
Company,a corporation, two hundred and eighty three and one half
feet to the north line of the land so deeded to said corporation,
(said point being 109 and 1/2 feet east of the east line of the
Northern Pacific Railway Right of Way)--Thence east sixty (60)
283 & I/2 feet
feet--Thence south or southerly, o point of commencement--
(the same being a strip of land 60 feet in width from east to west
and 283 & 1/2 feet long from north line to south line.
