THE GRANTOR PUGET WESTERN, INC., a Washington corporation
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to City of Renton, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
PARCEL' 3B- --
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 16, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 16; thence
North 89°00'24" West along the South line of said Section 16 a distance of 344.62 feet
more or less to the northwesterly line of the City of Seattle Transmission Line Ease-
ment; thence South 52°03'17" West along said northwesterly line a distance of 15 feet;
thence North 51°43'05" West a distance of 301 .75 feet to a point on a line parallel
to and 200 feet distance, measured at right angles to the south line of the Burlington-
Northern Railroad right of way, said point being designated as point "A", the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 78°03'26" West parallel to said south line of the
Burlington-Northern Railroad right of way, a distance of 246.29 feet; thence North
11°56'34" E 200feet to the south line of above said right of way; thence East along the
south line of said right of way to a point which bears North 32°27'40" West and
279.95 feet from point "A" described above; thence southerly along said bearing to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
