Refer to Transportation Committee. NE 4th St. and Letter from Public Works Department requested authorization for Union Ave. NE Mayor and City Clerk to sign Quit Claim Deed for property located. Deed of R/W at NE 4th St.and Union Ave. NE in connection with roadway widen- ing and signalization FAUS M1302(3) . This action required to correct prior deed and accomplish deeding of three feet of right- of-way to the City. Authorize Mayor and City Clerk to sign. Revised Union Letter from City Clerk presented the 75% petition for annexation Avenue Annexation in vicinity of east side of Union Ave. between NE 4th Street and Heather Downs (SW 1st P1 .) known as the Revised Union Ave. Annexation. The petition was certified valid by the Planning Department and signatures represented ownership of 77.77% of the assessed valuation, at least 75% required by law. Circula- tion of the petition was authorized by Council at the preliminary meeting 11/3/80 at which time owners agreed to accept the City's zoning and assume any pre-existing bonded indebtedness of City. Colasurdo Rezone Land Use Hearing Examiner Fred Kaufman recommended approval with restrictive covenants of Rezone R-106-80 R-3 to B-1 , Dominic Colasurdo. Property located on the east side of Union Ave. NE approximately 300 ft. south of NE 4th St. Refer to Ways and Means Committee. Consent Agenda MOVED BY STREDICKE, SECOND HUGHES, COUNCIL APPROVE THE CONSENT Approval AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Councilman Reed inquired whether the revised Union Ave. Annexation area would be included in the systems development charge area. Mayor Shinpoch noted this would be ad- dressed at Public Hearing 2/9/81 . MOTION CARRIED. Committee of the Council President Stredicke reported intent to meet for 30 to Whole Council 45 minutes of each Committee of the Whole meeting with Staff, Boards and Commissions of the City and requested the recently filed Human Rights and Affairs Commission six-month report be placed on the February agenda. Commission Chairman Barbara Lansing requested postponement to March meeting. Stredicke announced February Committee of the Whole meeting 2/19/81 .
