SUBJECT: SNP2—Bidder Questions & Responses
1. Bidder's Question: (Janelle Garcia,OHNO Construction)
• 1 think we are missing a spec section, in particular the structural steel painting
section.The specs go from section 07 54 23 (page 274)to 09 9113 (page 275).
The structural steel framing section refers to the spec section 09 90 00 which
would be in between page 274 and 275.
• Addendum D revision refers back to the structural steel spec 05 12 00 though.

• Addendum D revised Spec 05 12 00 Structural Steel Framing, subsection 3.05, A.
1. to replace specification reference "Section 09 90 00" with the specification
reference "Section 09 9113 Painting".
• In Section 09 9113 Painting: the reference back to Section 05 12 00 Structural
Steel Framing is fine, because there are instructions regarding painting in that
section that also need to be followed.
2. Bidder's Question: (Melissa Looker,Active Construction Inc.)
• Can you confirm the scale on drawing C-18 is correct?When using the scale on
the other drawings it appears to be incorrect.
Response: (Chris Wiest, PND Engineers)
• The scale should be a 1:5 instead of the 1:20 shown.The drawings will be
reissued.
