yl THE GRANTOR, BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY (formerly
Burlington Northern Inc. ) , a Delaware corporation, for and in consideration of
Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) conveys and quitclaims to the CITY OF RENTON, a
ao municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, any or all interest
of Burlington Northern Railroad Company in the following described real estate,
JD situated in the County of King.
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the
Grantor therin:
That portion of Government Lot 2 and the fractional SW 1/4
NW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. as described in easement dated June 24, 1969,
recorded in Volume 236 of Deeds, page 275, records of King
County.
SUBJECT to all easements, encumbrances, restrictions and reservations
of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be
executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
