That portion of Government Lot 9 in the Northeast quarter of Section 25 and that
portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 25, all
in Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
riBeginning at the northeast corner of said Government Lot 9;
0 Thence N. 87°21'38" W. along the north line thereof a distance of 20.01 ft. to the west
1/ line of the east 20 feet of said Government Lot 9;
