QUIT CLAIM DEED
Boy Scouts of America, Troop Number 454 , for and in consideration
of releasing an easement, conveys and quit claims to the City of
Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, the following described
Sial real estate, situated in King County, State of Washington, together
with all after acquired title of the Grantor therein:
The north 1, 132 feet of the east 161. 28 feet of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter and the north 1, 132 feet of
Cr) the west 208 . 72 feet of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter, all in Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
O7 W.M. , in King County, Washington;
EXCEPT county roads.
This deed is given in complete termination and relinquishment of that
certain easement recorded under King county Recording No. 3471078 in
favor of Boy Scouts of America, Troop Number 454 . The undersigned
grantor affirms that the undersigned is the duly authorized and acting
legal successor of such party, and is legally authorized to execute
this instrument on behalf of such party and the Boy Scouts of America,
as their interests may appear.
